Steps To Download AND Install The Microsoft Team Software
Step 1: Firstly, go to portal.office.com and then Sign in by using your @sfsu.edu or @mail.sfsu.edu, which means the email address, and then select the Next button.
Step 2: You will be then routed to the SF State Global Login page and then Sign in with your SF State credentials.
Step 3:If you choose to remain Signed in, it will save your password after quitting there. It is completely up to your choice that whether you would like to do that or not. In other cases, you can then select the message “Don’t show this again.”
Step 4: Then, After Signing in, you should have seen the screen below on Download the Microsoft Teams For Mac by selecting the Teams from the Applications listed below.
Step 5: Double click To Open the downloaded DMG file that should be in your Downloads folder.
Step 6: Drag the Microsoft Team Icon to the app folder Icon. When completed, Select the Red Dot situated in the upper left-hand corner to close the window.

Step 1: Firstly, set up the software, go to your app folder and then double click on the Microsoft Team to open the application and then select Open and click on it.
Step 2: Secondly, Sign In By Using your @sfsu.edu or @mai;.sfsu.Edu email address and then select the Next button.
Step 3: Sign-in into the SF State Gateway.Step 4: Microsoft Teams will then get Open. Across the top, you will be able to see a Send link box that you can then select to take you to the Microsoft Teams mobile application. And if it is not your choice, then dismiss the window by selecting the X button on the far right side.
